Sidney Stanley (cricketer)

Sidney Stanley (born 16 June 1931, date of death unknown) was an English cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-pace bowler who played first-class cricket for Northamptonshire in 1957.

Stanley made two first-class appearances for Northamptonshire, both against Oxford University. In these matches, he scored a total of 35 runs with a highest score of 21. He took no wickets. His career was brief and he did not reappear in first-class cricket after the 1957 season. Little further information about his life and career is readily available.
