Ladykillers (film) may refer to one of two films:

• The Ladykillers (1955): A British black comedy film directed by Alexander Mackendrick, starring Alec Guinness, Peter Sellers, and Herbert Lom. It tells the story of a gang of criminals who pose as musicians in order to rob a bank, renting rooms in the house of an elderly widow, Mrs. Louisa Wilberforce, in King's Cross, London. • The Ladykillers (2004): An American black comedy film directed by Joel and Ethan Coen, starring Tom Hanks. It is a remake of the 1955 British film of the same name. The plot is largely the same, involving a group of criminals posing as musicians who rent rooms from an elderly widow, Mrs. Munson, in Mississippi, with the intention of robbing a nearby riverboat casino. The Coen brothers' version features a different tone, a more overt reliance on slapstick comedy, and a soundtrack heavily featuring gospel and hip-hop music.
