Vice (magazine)

Vice is a global media company and magazine that originated in Montreal, Canada in 1994 as a free punk magazine called Voice of Montreal. It was founded by Suroosh Alvi, Shane Smith, and Gavin McInnes. Over time, it transitioned into a more diverse publication focusing on arts, culture, news, and current events.

The magazine gained significant popularity in the early 2000s, expanding its reach to include a website, online video content, and a network of international editions.
