Bas Veth

Bas Veth is a character in the Elder Scrolls series, specifically appearing in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. He is a Dunmer trader who runs a stall in the Lower Waistworks of Vivec's St. Olms canton. He buys and sells a variety of goods, primarily armor and weapons.
