Central District (Garmsar County)

The Central District (Garmsar County) is a district (bakhsh) in Garmsar County, Semnan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 49,743, in 13,617 families. The District has two cities: Garmsar and Eyvanki. The District also has two rural districts (dehestan): Lajat Rural District and Howmeh Rural District. Garmsar is the administrative center of the district and county.
