Richard Ng

Richard Ng (1939 – 9 April 2023) was a Hong Kong actor and comedian, best known for his roles in Hong Kong action comedies of the 1980s and 1990s. He was particularly recognized for his collaborations with Sammo Hung, often playing eccentric or hapless characters in films like the Lucky Stars series.

Ng began his acting career in television before transitioning to film. His comedic timing and ability to play both sympathetic and absurd roles made him a popular figure in Hong Kong cinema. He also starred in more serious dramatic roles throughout his career.
