Eva Pflug

Eva Pflug (February 12, 1929 – August 29, 2008) was a German actress best known for her role as Tamara Jagellovsk in the science fiction television series Raumpatrouille Orion (Space Patrol Orion).

Born in Leipzig, Germany, Pflug began her acting career on stage before transitioning to film and television. While she appeared in numerous productions, including theatrical plays and television dramas, Raumpatrouille Orion, which aired in 1966, secured her lasting fame and cult status in Germany. Her portrayal of the cool and competent security officer Tamara Jagellovsk captivated audiences and established her as a science fiction icon.

Beyond Raumpatrouille Orion, Pflug continued to work as an actress in television and theater throughout her career. She was also a voice actress, lending her voice to radio plays and dubbing foreign films. Pflug passed away in 2008 in Grünwald, Germany. Her legacy as a pioneering actress in German science fiction television remains significant.
