Lepingpu

Lepingpu is a defunct metro station on Line 3 of the Shanghai Metro. It was located in Hongkou District, Shanghai, China, near the intersection of Jiangwan Town Road and Liangcheng Road. The station was situated between the Jiangwan Town and Chifeng Road stations.

The station opened on December 26, 2000, as part of the initial segment of Line 3.

Lepingpu station was permanently closed on December 26, 2006, due to extremely low ridership and its close proximity to the adjacent stations. The physical infrastructure of the station remains in place but is not accessible to the public. Trains on Line 3 pass through the station area without stopping.
