William Anderson (Tasmanian politician)
William Anderson (born 1857, died 1931) was an Australian politician who served as a member of the Tasmanian House of Assembly. He represented the electorate of Bass from 1909 to 1916. Anderson was a member of the Anti-Socialist Party, which later became the Nationalist Party. He was involved in various parliamentary committees during his time in office, focusing on matters related to agriculture and land development. He served as Warden of Ringarooma from 1900 to 1909. Prior to entering politics, Anderson was a farmer.
