Jeff Mullins (horse trainer)

Jeff Mullins is an American Thoroughbred horse trainer. Mullins has trained numerous graded stakes winners, including Grade 1 winners. He is based primarily in Southern California.

Mullins began his training career in the early 1990s. Some of the notable horses he has trained include Comma to the Top, trained by Mullins who won several stakes races, including the Grade 1 CashCall Futurity, and Iotapa, who won the Grade 1 Vanity Handicap. Other significant horses include Secret Spice and Bob Black Jack.
