Vinovo
Vinovo is a comune (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Turin in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 14 kilometers (9 miles) southwest of Turin.
Vinovo borders the following municipalities: Moncalieri, Nichelino, Candiolo, Piobesi Torinese, and None.
Historically, Vinovo has been an agricultural area. More recently, it has experienced industrial and residential development due to its proximity to Turin.
The town is known for the training ground and former headquarters of the Juventus Football Club, which were located there until 2018 when the team relocated to its new training center at Continassa, within the Juventus Stadium complex. While Juventus' primary training facilities are no longer in Vinovo, the youth sector continues to utilize facilities there.
Points of interest in Vinovo include the Castello Della Rovere, a historical castle that reflects the region's architectural heritage.
