Union of Young Fascists – Vanguard (boys)

The Union of Young Fascists – Vanguard (boys) was the junior section of the Union of Young Fascists, itself the youth organization of the Russian Fascist Party. It was created for boys aged 10 to 16 years of age. Along with the Young Fascist Girls – Vanguard, it served as a preparatory organization for membership in the main Union of Young Fascists. The organization was active primarily amongst the Russian émigré community in Manchuria, particularly in the city of Harbin, during the 1930s and 1940s. The program focused on instilling fascist ideology and values, emphasizing discipline, obedience, and nationalistic fervor. Activities included political education, paramilitary training, and participation in various ceremonies and parades organized by the Russian Fascist Party. The Vanguard's ultimate goal was to prepare young boys to become dedicated members and future leaders of the fascist movement. Following the Soviet invasion of Manchuria in 1945, the organization was dissolved and its members were often persecuted.
