The Adventures of Buratino (1959 film)

The Adventures of Buratino is a 1959 Soviet (USSR) animated feature film directed by Dmitriy Babichenko and Ivan Ivanov-Vano. It is based on the 1936 novella The Golden Key, or the Adventures of Buratino by Aleksey Nikolayevich Tolstoy, which itself is an adaptation of Carlo Collodi's The Adventures of Pinocchio.

The film follows the story of Buratino, a wooden puppet carved by the old carpenter Papa Carlo.
