KADN-TV

KADN-TV is a television station licensed to Lafayette, Louisiana, United States, affiliated with the Fox network. It is owned by Allen Media Broadcasting. KADN-TV's studios are located on Eraste Landry Road in Lafayette, and its transmitter is located near Crowley.

The station signed on the air on November 1, 1983, originally operating as an independent station. Prior to KADN's launch, Acadiana viewers received independent stations from Baton Rouge and New Orleans on cable. KADN became a charter affiliate of the Fox network on October 6, 1986.

KADN-TV broadcasts a variety of syndicated programming, including talk shows, court shows, and off-network sitcoms. The station also produces a local newscast, Acadiana's Fox News, which airs weekdays at 5 p.m., 6 p.m., 9 p.m. and 10 p.m., and weekends at 5 p.m., 9 p.m. and 10 p.m.

KADN-TV's digital channel carries several subchannels, including MeTV on its main digital channel and other networks on additional subchannels.
