Scott Brennan (rower)

Scott Brennan (born January 9, 1983, in Hobart, Tasmania) is an Australian rower. He is an Olympic gold medalist and a multiple-time world champion.

Brennan began rowing at the Hutchins School in Hobart. His rowing career highlights include:

• Olympic Games: He won a gold medal in the men's quadruple sculls at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. He also competed at the 2012 London Olympics.

• World Championships: He won gold medals at the World Rowing Championships in the men's quadruple sculls in 2010 and 2011.

• Other Achievements: He has achieved success in numerous World Cup regattas and other international rowing events.

Brennan is recognized as one of Australia's most successful rowers. After retiring from competition, he remained involved in the sport through coaching and mentoring.
