VTV (Maldives)

VTV (Maldives) refers to Television Maldives (TVM), the national public service broadcaster of the Republic of Maldives. Launched in 1978, it is the oldest television station in the country. Originally known as Television Maldives, it underwent a rebrand to its current name, TVM, though the abbreviation VTV is still used, particularly in older references and by some Maldivians.
