Andre Lewis (footballer)

Andre Lewis (born August 12, 1994) is a Jamaican professional footballer who plays as a midfielder.

Lewis began his professional career with the Vancouver Whitecaps FC 2, the USL Pro affiliate of the Vancouver Whitecaps FC. He was drafted by the Whitecaps in the first round (seventh overall) of the 2014 MLS SuperDraft.

Prior to his professional career, Lewis played college soccer for the University of Northwestern Ohio. He also spent time with Vancouver Whitecaps Residency.

Internationally, Lewis has represented Jamaica at various youth levels and has earned caps for the senior national team. He made his senior debut for Jamaica in 2015. His performances for the national team have included appearances in friendlies and qualification matches.

His playing style is often described as creative and technically gifted, with a focus on passing and playmaking.
