Harvey Ward (politician)

Harvey Ward is an American politician serving as the Mayor of Gainesville, Florida since 2023.

Ward served on the Gainesville City Commission representing District 2 from 2017 to 2023. Prior to his election to the commission, he worked in the community and non-profit sectors. He has a long history of involvement in local civic affairs in Gainesville.
