Quinelorane

Quinelorane is a synthetic non-ergoline dopamine agonist with high selectivity for the D2 and D3 receptors. It is used in the treatment of Parkinson's disease and restless legs syndrome. Quinelorane acts by directly stimulating dopamine receptors in the brain, mimicking the effects of dopamine and helping to alleviate motor symptoms in Parkinson's disease. It can be administered orally. Common side effects may include nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and orthostatic hypotension.
