Morgan Wade (singer)

Morgan Wade (born December 16, 1994) is an American country music singer-songwriter. Known for her raw and honest lyrics, and her distinctive raspy voice, Wade has garnered critical acclaim and a growing fanbase since the release of her debut album, Reckless, in 2021.

Born and raised in Floyd, Virginia, Wade began writing songs in her early teens. After battling addiction, she turned to music as a form of therapy and self-expression. Her songs often explore themes of love, loss, mental health, and personal struggles.

Reckless, produced by Sadler Vaden (Jason Isbell's guitarist), was a breakthrough for Wade, earning her recognition from publications like Rolling Stone, The New York Times, and Variety. Following the success of Reckless, Wade released her highly anticipated second album, Psychopath, in 2023.
