Mayara Magri (dancer)

Mayara Magri is a Brazilian ballet dancer, currently a Principal Dancer with the Royal Ballet in London.

Magri received her early training in Brazil before attending the Prix de Lausanne's summer intensive. She subsequently won a scholarship to train at the Royal Ballet School.

She joined the Royal Ballet in 2012, progressing through the ranks to become a First Artist in 2016, a Soloist in 2018, a First Soloist in 2021, and ultimately a Principal Dancer in 2023.

Her repertoire includes leading roles in classical ballets such as Swan Lake, The Sleeping Beauty, The Nutcracker, Giselle, Don Quixote, and Romeo and Juliet. She has also performed in works by contemporary choreographers.
