World's Strictest Parents is an American reality television series that aired on CMT (formerly Country Music Television). The show's premise involved sending two rebellious or troubled teenagers from the United States to live for a week with a strict host family in another country or, later in the series, within the United States.

The teenagers were typically nominated for the program by their own parents or guardians, who were seeking to change their children's behavior.
