Mark Harper (American football)

Mark Harper is a former American football defensive back. He played college football at the University of Utah and was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the 12th round of the 1990 NFL Draft. He played professionally in the National Football League (NFL) for the Philadelphia Eagles in 1990 and the Denver Broncos in 1992. He also played for the Sacramento Surge of the World League of American Football (WLAF) in 1992, where the team won World Bowl II. After his playing career, he has worked as a strength and conditioning coach.
