John Eaton (cricketer)
John Eaton (born 11 March 1864, date of death unknown) was an English cricketer who played first-class cricket for Derbyshire in 1887.
Eaton was born in Derby and became a coal miner. He played for Derbyshire in the 1887 season. His debut was against Lancashire, and he played four first-class matches in total. A right-handed batsman, he played seven innings with a top score of 11 and an average of 3.57. He did not bowl.
Eaton disappeared from the cricket scene after the 1887 season and his later life and date of death are unknown.
