One City Center (Maine)

One City Center is a Class A office building located in Portland, Maine. It is the tallest building in the state, reaching a height of 386 feet (118 meters). The building occupies a full city block in the heart of Portland's downtown business district.

Developed by The Olympia Companies and designed by the architectural firm of Jung Brannen Associates, One City Center opened in 1988. It features 20 stories of office space, as well as retail space on the ground floor. The building's facade is characterized by its granite and glass exterior.
