House of Prince (band)

House of Prince was a Danish pop and R&B band active primarily in the early to mid-2000s. The group consisted of singers Sofie Lines, Maria Hamer-Jensen, and Emilie Christensen.

They achieved significant commercial success in Denmark with their debut album, Music for the Masses, released in 2005. The album featured several popular singles, including "In the Sunshine," "Fool," and "Poison." These songs gained considerable airplay on Danish radio stations and helped establish the band's popularity.

House of Prince was known for their catchy melodies, synchronized dance routines, and youthful image. They often performed at festivals and concerts throughout Denmark, appealing to a young audience.

Despite their initial success, the band's popularity waned after their debut album. They released a second album, All I Want, in 2007, but it did not achieve the same level of commercial success as their first.

House of Prince eventually disbanded, and its members pursued individual projects. While they are no longer actively performing as a group, their music remains popular in Denmark, particularly among fans of early 2000s pop music.
