Ødevatnet
Ødevatnet is a lake located in the municipality of Kinn in Vestland county, Norway. The lake lies just east of the village of Bryggja. It is situated approximately 1.5 kilometers (0.93 mi) from the Nordfjord. Ødevatnet is known for its relatively small size and scenic surroundings, typical of the fjords of Western Norway. It serves primarily as a local water source and is also used for recreational activities such as fishing and swimming. Due to its proximity to the fjord and other larger bodies of water, Ødevatnet is often part of regional water management plans and monitored for water quality. The lake's name derives from the Norwegian language, with "vatnet" meaning "the water" or "the lake."
