Osiewo

Osiewo is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Jeżewo, within Świecie County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south-east of Jeżewo, 13 km (8 mi) north-east of Świecie, and 54 km (34 mi) north of Toruń. The village is situated in a rural area, characterized primarily by agriculture and small residential settlements. Historical records relating specifically to Osiewo are relatively limited, but it shares a history common with the broader Świecie County, influenced by periods of Polish and Prussian/German rule.
