Tradewest
Tradewest was an American video game publisher and distributor active primarily in the late 1980s and early 1990s. The company was known for publishing and distributing a variety of arcade games and home console titles, often focusing on ports of arcade hits.
Tradewest was founded in 1986 in Corsicana, Texas. Initially, their focus was on arcade game distribution. They gained recognition for bringing popular arcade titles to home consoles, particularly the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) and Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES).

In 1994, Tradewest was acquired by WMS Industries, the parent company of Midway Games. Following the acquisition, Tradewest's operations were integrated into Midway's structure, effectively ceasing to exist as an independent entity. While the Tradewest name faded away, their legacy remains significant due to the popularity and impact of the games they published and distributed during their time.
