Purge (comics)

Purge, in the context of comic books, most commonly refers to a fictional event, storyline, or character concept wherein a wide-scale elimination or systematic eradication of a particular group (often mutants, metahumans, or some other minority population) is attempted or achieved within the comic book universe.
