Běšiny

Běšiny is a village and municipality in the Klatovy District, Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. The municipality covers an area of 14.34 square kilometers (5.54 sq mi), and as of 2023, it has a population of approximately 660. Běšiny is situated roughly 13 kilometers (8 mi) southeast of Klatovy, 48 km (30 mi) south of Plzeň, and 109 km (68 mi) southwest of Prague. The village lies in the foothills of the Šumava Mountains (Bohemian Forest).
