Brda (Trnovo)

Brda (Trnovo) is a local community (krajevna skupnost) within the Trnovo district (četrt) of the City Municipality of Ljubljana, Slovenia. It is primarily a residential area located south of the city center. The designation "(Trnovo)" is typically included to differentiate it from other places named "Brda" in Slovenia and elsewhere. The community is characterized by a mix of housing types, including detached houses and apartment buildings. Brda (Trnovo) is generally considered a quieter, more suburban part of the Trnovo district compared to areas closer to the Ljubljanica river.
