Love Island (American TV series) season 3

Love Island (American TV series) Season 3 is the third season of the American reality television series Love Island, which premiered on July 7, 2021, on CBS. Similar to the British version, the show features a group of single contestants, known as "Islanders," who live together in a villa in Hawaii (after previous seasons in Fiji and Las Vegas).

The Islanders are isolated from the outside world and constantly under video surveillance. To survive in the villa, the Islanders must be coupled up with another Islander. Throughout the season, the Islanders "couple up" based on first impressions, but are then subject to recouplings where they can choose to remain with their current partner or switch to another Islander. Those who are not coupled up are at risk of being eliminated from the villa.

Viewers vote via an app to determine their favorite couples and individuals. Couples with the fewest votes are at risk of being eliminated. New Islanders, referred to as "bombshells," are introduced throughout the season to test existing relationships and create drama. Challenges and games are also a common part of the show, designed to test the Islanders' physical abilities, knowledge of their partners, and compatibility.

The winning couple, as decided by the public vote, receives a cash prize of $100,000. The season concluded on August 15, 2021, with Olivia Kaiser and Korey Gandy being crowned the winners. Other notable contestants from season 3 include Kyra Lizama, Will Moncada, Shannon St Clair, Josh Goldstein, Jeremy Hershberg, Bailey Marshall, and Alana Paolucci. The season was filmed in Hawaii and was hosted by Arielle Vandenberg.
