John Hodgson (rugby union)

John Hodgson is a former English rugby union player. Primarily a fly-half, Hodgson played professionally for several clubs in England, including Newcastle Falcons and Sale Sharks.

Hodgson was known for his tactical kicking, playmaking abilities, and goal-kicking accuracy. He contributed significantly to his teams' performances throughout his career.

While he played for England at the U21 level, Hodgson never achieved full international honours for the senior England team.

After his playing career, Hodgson transitioned into coaching. He has held coaching positions at various levels, including within professional clubs and academy structures.
