Oravița (river)
The Oravița is a river in southwestern Romania, Caras-Severin County. It is a left tributary of the Caraș River. It rises in the Anina Mountains and flows generally south, passing through the town of Oravița, from which it takes its name. It discharges into the Caraș River near the village of Ticvaniu Mic. Its length is 38 km (24 mi) and its basin size is 231 km2 (89 sq mi).
