Jason Williams (basketball, born 1983)

Jason Williams (born September 12, 1983) is an American former professional basketball player. He primarily played as a point guard.

Williams played college basketball for Robert Morris University and later California State University, Fullerton. He went undrafted in the 2006 NBA draft.

He played professionally in various leagues, including the NBA Development League (now the NBA G League) and internationally. He had stints with the Austin Toros, Los Angeles D-Fenders, and Rio Grande Valley Vipers in the D-League.

His NBA career was brief, consisting of appearances with the Charlotte Bobcats (now Hornets) during the 2006-07 season.

Following his time in the NBA and D-League, Williams continued his professional basketball career overseas, playing in countries such as Italy and Israel. He is known for his scoring ability and playmaking skills.
