Glane (Ems)

The Glane is a river in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It is a left tributary of the Ems. The Glane rises near Oelde and flows generally north-west through the districts of Warendorf and Gütersloh before joining the Ems near Beelen. Its length is approximately 35 kilometers. The Glane is primarily a lowland stream, characterized by slow flow and a relatively small catchment area.
