Fried (2002 TV series)

Fried was a short-lived British sitcom that aired on BBC Three in 2002. It starred Darren Boyd, Kevin Bishop, and Katy Carmichael, and was written by Simon Greenall and Ricky Grover. The series followed the misadventures of three employees at a London fried chicken shop called Chicken Cottage. The humor was largely character-based and focused on the mundane aspects of their working lives and interactions with each other. The show was cancelled after one series consisting of six episodes. While not a critical success, it has since gained a small cult following.
