Jazzy Jay
Jazzy Jay is an American hip hop DJ and producer, considered one of the pioneers of hip hop DJing. He was a member of the Zulu Nation and a key figure in the early development of hip hop culture in the Bronx, New York City during the 1970s.
Jazzy Jay is known for his technical skills on the turntables, his eclectic musical taste, and his mentorship of numerous other DJs and artists. He was a resident DJ at various clubs and parties during hip hop's formative years and played a significant role in popularizing the art of DJing within the culture.
