DDB Mudra

DDB Mudra Group (formerly Mudra Communications) is an Indian advertising agency and part of the DDB Worldwide network, which itself is owned by Omnicom Group.

Founded in 1980 by AG Krishnamurthy as Mudra Communications, it began as the advertising arm of Reliance Industries. Over time, Mudra evolved into an independent, full-service advertising agency with a diverse client base.

In 2011, Omnicom acquired a majority stake in Mudra Group, and the agency was rebranded as DDB Mudra Group. This integration allowed DDB Mudra to leverage DDB Worldwide's global resources, expertise, and network.

DDB Mudra offers a range of marketing and communication services, including advertising, media planning and buying, digital marketing, data analytics, public relations, and brand consulting. The agency has offices in multiple cities across India.
