José Herrera (outfielder, born 1942)
José Herrera (born December 1, 1942, in Marianao, Cuba) is a former professional baseball outfielder. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Washington Senators in 1963.
Herrera was signed by the Washington Senators as an amateur free agent prior to the 1962 season. He made his major league debut on September 20, 1963, appearing in one game as a pinch hitter. He did not record a hit in his only MLB at-bat.
