Limetown (TV series)

Limetown is an American mystery thriller web television series based on the podcast of the same name. It premiered on Facebook Watch on October 16, 2019. The series stars Jessica Biel as Lia Haddock, an American Public Radio (APR) journalist who investigates the mysterious disappearance of over 300 people from a neuroscience research facility in Limetown, Tennessee, fifteen years prior.

The series follows Lia's journey as she revisits the town, interviews surviving family members, and uncovers a complex and disturbing conspiracy surrounding the events leading up to the mass disappearance. Through flashbacks and present-day investigations, Lia attempts to piece together the truth behind what happened at Limetown and the role her uncle, Emile Haddock (played by Stanley Tucci), played in the events.

The television adaptation expanded on the themes and characters introduced in the podcast, providing visual elements and further exploring the psychological impact of the Limetown incident on those affected.
