Bob Morgan (baseball)

Robert "Bob" Morgan (born November 26, 1930, in St. Louis, Missouri, died February 15, 2016, in Town and Country, Missouri) was an American professional baseball player. Primarily a second baseman, Morgan played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for parts of four seasons, from 1954 to 1957.

Morgan signed with the St. Louis Cardinals organization and made his major league debut with the Cardinals in 1954. He was then traded to the Philadelphia Phillies, where he played from 1954 to 1955. He concluded his MLB career with the Chicago Cubs, playing for them in 1956 and 1957.
