Cardinal Mooney High School (Ohio)

Cardinal Mooney High School is a private, co-educational Catholic high school located in Youngstown, Ohio. It is operated by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Youngstown. The school serves students in grades 9-12 primarily from the Mahoning Valley region of Northeast Ohio.

Founded in 1956, Cardinal Mooney is named after Cardinal Edward Mooney, who served as the Archbishop of Detroit and was instrumental in the development of Catholic education.

The school offers a college-preparatory curriculum, including Advanced Placement (AP) courses. Extracurricular activities include a variety of athletic teams, academic clubs, and service organizations.
