Peter Costa (footballer)

Peter Costa (born July 1, 1953) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for Richmond and St Kilda in the Victorian Football League (VFL).

Costa, a rover, started his VFL career at Richmond, playing 10 games between 1974 and 1976. He crossed to St Kilda in 1977 and played a further 13 games over two seasons. After leaving the VFL, Costa continued his football career at lower levels, including playing for and coaching the Oakleigh Football Club in the Victorian Football Association (VFA). He has also been involved in amateur football clubs.
