Steve Adams (footballer, born 1980)
Steve Adams (born December 2, 1980) is an American former professional football player who played as a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL).
Adams played college football at the University of Nebraska. He was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the seventh round of the 2004 NFL Draft. He played for the Bengals in 2004 and 2005. Subsequently, he played for the New England Patriots in 2006. After his time in the NFL, he also spent time in the Canadian Football League (CFL). His NFL career was relatively short, and he is primarily remembered as a role player.
