Big Brother (German TV series) season 10 was the tenth season of the German reality television show Big Brother. It aired on RTL II from January 4, 2010, to July 5, 2010. The season followed the standard Big Brother format: a group of contestants, known as housemates, lived together in a specially constructed house, isolated from the outside world. They were continuously filmed and their actions were broadcast to the public. Each week, housemates nominated each other for eviction, and the public voted to save their favorite housemates. The housemate with the fewest votes was evicted. The last housemate remaining in the house at the end of the season won a grand prize.

Season 10 featured several twists and themes. These included a "duplex" house where two housemates lived separately from the main group, challenges focused on testing the housemates' limits, and surprise visits from former Big Brother contestants. The season was known for its diverse cast of characters and interpersonal conflicts within the house.
