Shenseea
Shenseea (born Chinsea Lee, October 1, 1996) is a Jamaican dancehall singer and rapper. She gained prominence in the mid-2010s with collaborations and solo releases that blended dancehall, reggae, and pop influences.
Shenseea began her career by freestyling and appearing on local Jamaican television. She gained wider recognition after remixing Vybz Kartel's song "Loodi," which led to collaborations with other prominent artists.
Her notable songs include "Blessed" featuring Tyga, "Sure Sure," and "Run Run." She has also collaborated with artists such as Megan Thee Stallion, Kanye West, and Drake.
Shenseea's music is characterized by her versatile vocal delivery, confident lyrics, and ability to fuse various genres. She has received several awards and nominations for her contributions to dancehall music. She released her debut album, Alpha, in 2022.
