Zombo (character)

Zombo is a fictional character primarily known from his appearances in the British comic magazine 2000 AD. Created by writer Al Ewing and artist Henry Flint, Zombo is a part-human, part-zombie character who frequently finds himself in absurd and violent situations.

Zombo is the result of a genetic experiment gone wrong. He was created to be the ultimate weapon, a super-soldier of sorts, but his zombified nature makes him unpredictable and prone to comedic misunderstandings. His appearance is a grotesque mix of human and zombie features, often depicted with decaying flesh, exposed bones, and a generally disheveled look.

The Zombo stories are characterized by their dark humor, over-the-top violence, and satirical commentary on corporate greed and military incompetence.
