Ike Moriz

Ike Moriz (born 14 May 1972) is a German-South African singer, songwriter, composer, and producer. Primarily known for his original blend of jazz, pop, rock, and chanson styles, Moriz has released numerous studio albums and singles.

Born in Germany, Moriz emigrated to South Africa in his youth. He began his musical career performing in various bands and stage productions before launching his solo career. His work often features multilingual lyrics, reflecting his diverse background and influences.

Moriz has toured extensively, performing both in South Africa and internationally. He has received recognition for his songwriting and vocal performances, including nominations and awards in South African music industry events. In addition to his performance career, Moriz also runs his own independent record label, Mosquito Records London.
